Booking Trips

When making a booking for any type of trip, a 50% of total trip cost confirmation fee is required within seven days.

Payment options include credit card (MasterCard & Visa – surcharge applies), cheque, money order, or by a deposit at any branch of the Westpac Bank (contact us for more details)

Please note that all prices are GST inclusive, and prices and times may change, subject to weather conditions and availability

Cancelling Trips

St.Kilda Charters uses the following cancellation fee policy, on all of its trips. No exceptions apply.

Any booking that is cancelled outside 14 days prior to departure will have no cancellation fee.

Any booking that is cancelled within 14 days prior of departure will have a 50% of total trip cost cancellation fee. The credit card(MasterCard & Visa – surcharge applies) that has been supplied will be charged.

Any booking that is cancelled within 48 hours of departure will have a 100% of total trip cost cancellation fee. The credit card(MasterCard & Visa – surcharge applies) that has been supplied will be charged.

Also any booking that is cancelled due to rain or shower forecast will have a 100% of total trip cost cancellation fee. The credit card(MasterCard & Visa – surcharge applies) that has been supplied will be charged.

St.Kilda Charters reserves the right to cancel booked trips if “Strong Wind Warning” has been issued by Bureau of Meteorology. This is done for the safety of all and can not be avoided.
